Rafael Garcia-Monge Pozo

Architect

 

Co-Founding Partner of the Estudio j+r arquitectos.

He has extensive professional experience in both the national and international markets, developing private projects for large developers and private investors ranging from restaurants, office spaces, tourism, residential...

In 2014 he continued his training in England in means of architectural development and 3D modeling with innovative BIM technology.

He has worked internationally in large-scale projects such as private competitions for international business headquarters or private research  initiatives for prototype development5 urban.

Also has been member of the team formed by the prestigious Architect Norman Foster to develop his headquarters in London, commissioned by Foster and Partners from the London offices. City where he practiced for 5 years before forming part of this team.

Juan Alvarez-Vijande Landecho

Architect

Co-Founding Partner of the Estudio j+r arquitectos.

He has worked in prestigious studios such as Rafael Moneo and Izaskún Chinchilla architects. Where he collaborated in national and international projects for public and private clients such as The Museum for the North Chamartín district of Madrid (DCN), The Pétalos del Bierzo winery, A university campus in China and Collective residential in Germany.

During his stays at the Architectural Association of London and the University of Zhejiang in China, he is interested in the branches of construction, urban planning and sustainable rehabilitation as drivers of regeneration and local growth. 

He finished his studies in Architecture at the San Pablo CEU Higher Polytechnic School with an Outstanding rating in the final project and obtained the "CEU TALENT PLUS" diploma in recognition of his exceptional academic profile and the extra-curricular activities that complete it.

His works have been  disseminated and exhibited in different galleries and international universities in France, England, China, Italy and Spain.

Its functions during these last fourteen years have been diverse, although the Supervision of works and the Coordination of Safety and Health of construction and industrial works have become its specialties. The wide spectrum of obligations that this function requires ranges from the monitoring of both the Project and the Health and Safety Plan, the review of documentation related to companies, workers and machinery, certifications, activity planning and team coordination. work, to advising companies on their legal obligations and the preparation and implementation of work procedures, among others.

Within the Technical Office, its main functions are the Preparation of Tenders for Construction Works and Infrastructure Maintenance and Conservation.

 

The work programs, construction processes, proposal for improvements and configuration of work teams are your responsibility within the Technical Documentation. The request for economic offers and their valuation also falls within their responsibilities.

Interior Architect

Faithful defender of manual work, the use of noble and natural materials. With strong relationships with specialized unions for the design process and search forantiques.


Trust in design as a focus for social, accessible and fun transmission.


From these principles, he has worked in Loewe's VM Department, collaborating with different professionals such as The Sibarist for the conception of emblematic works such as "Casa Picasso or "Casa Universo" and  Organization of Events.

 

Currently he continues working in fields such as Design and interior design, Communication and Art Direction.


He studied Interior Architecture at ESNE and continues training. Examples of this are the masters that has completed in Design of: Concept, interiors, furniture, graphics and events.

Gabriel Munoz Moreno

Architect & Urbanist

As a technologist, architect, and urban planner, Gabriel graduated with honors from Harvard University in the Master of Energy and Environment, awarded with the best thesis work. He is now the director of the LAIA Lab in New York, where design and biodiversity come together to create comprehensive infrastructure solutions, and socioeconomic opportunities that are captured in innovative urban planning. Gabriel has seen his work recognized and honored by entities such as UN-Habitat III, the Jacques Rougerie Foundation, ARCH+ Planetary Urbanism, the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard, and the Casa de Velázquez.
