La Arquitectura más sostenible en recursos es la que perdura y es capaz de adaptarse en el tiempo. Los paneles correderos permitirán una distribución flexible de los ambientes otorgando diferentes filtros de privacidad que podrán compartimentar o fusionar el espacio. Se desdibujan los espacios meramente de tránsito para incorporarse en usos posibles y probables.
Para dar solución a los jóvenes propietarios a lo largo de las diferentes etapas de la vida se crearán espacios adaptativos, para maximizar la funcionalidad, aprovechando al máximo cada rincón.
La permeabilidad se fomentará para permitir la circulación de aire y la entrada de luz natural para lo que se estudia la incidencia solar y sus diferentes tonalidades que tamizarán los materiales, realzando su textura y continuidad.
The most resource-sustainable architecture is one that endures and can adapt over time. Sliding panels will enable a flexible distribution of spaces, providing different privacy filters to compartmentalize or merge the space. Transitional spaces blur to incorporate possible and probable uses.
To address the needs of young homeowners throughout different life stages, adaptive spaces will be created to maximize functionality, making the most of every corner.
Permeability will be encouraged to allow for air circulation and natural light entry, considering solar incidence and its various tones that will softly filter through materials, enhancing their texture and continuity.
